Office Assistant
Since 1990 Hyland Filter Service has been a regional air filter service company that provides air filter maintenance to commercial and industrial businesses. This opportunity is clerical position that offers a casual and relaxed atmosphere. On the job training will be provided for all aspects of the role. The duties of the job include data entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable, deposits, filing, collections, customer relations, etc.
The work hours for this role are Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Hyland Filter Service is a regional air filter service firm providing air filter maintenance service for commercial and industrial HVAC & paint booth equipment. Hyland Filter Service has been in business for 34 years and currently does business in a five state area.
This assistant operations manager role will be working hand in hand with the operations manager as well as company executives to fulfill all duties required to run the company successfully.

Hyland Filter Service is a regional air filtration company that has been a part of Louisville for over 30 years. We are growing and looking for multiple people to add to our team.
Job Description:
At Hyland Filter Service we change air filters on commercial and industrial HVAC equipment as well as refrigeration equipment and paint booths. The majority of the time our employees work alone so we are looking for reliable and self-motivated employees to join our team. We work both locally and in the surrounding region so overnight travel is involved, typically no more than 1-2 nights per week. All applicants must be able to work outside in the elements and climb 20-28 foot extension ladders in order to access HVAC units on top of commercial buildings. Previous HVAC experience is a plus but not a requirement, we spend the first two weeks training our employees to ensure both their safety and success at Hyland Filter.
